Intergroup Relations

ALA 322 is a new course that was created as part of the IGR Minor in Intergroup Relations Education. This course prepares students to be facilitative leaders in campus and community organizations throughout their undergraduate years at U-M and beyond.  Whether students hold leadership roles on campus or in the community, serve as members in student or civic organizations, are part of study groups, or would like to expand their general repertoire of leadership skills, this course will help them learn various methods of facilitation, develop and practice effective facilitation, and acquire life-long knowledge of working with groups.
