Where will the workshop be held? *

Please note that CommonGround can only take requests for workshops located on the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor campus. Requesters are responsible for securing a workshop location.

Workshop Outcomes and Goals:

At this time we do not provide facilitator training for non-CommonGround facilitators. This being said, we are happy to incorporate reflections on engaging across difference into workshop curriculum.

If you are unsure, please review our of Frequently Requested Workshops and list 1-2 that match your objectives. CommonGround staff and workshop facilitators will design a unique workshop tailored to your group and particular goals.

After CommonGround receives your request and confirms the workshop date/time, you will be contacted by a student staff member to go over the details of your request at an Intake Meeting. For student organizations, we encourage two (2) members to attend this meeting. In order to prepare your workshop by your preferred date, this meeting needs to happen in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation in this.

Requests must be submitted three (3) weeks prior to the intended workshop date.

Although CommonGround can confirm the date/time of your requested workshop soon after you submit this form, we cannot guarantee the workshop until we have secured available faciltiators to lead your workshop.
