Cesar Vargas-Leon is the senior program manager at The Program on Intergroup Relations. He facilitates strategic leadership for Student Life strategic partnerships. SET, and IGR recruitment. Cesar supports the annual National Intergroup Dialogue Institute as a facilitator and also teaches.
