IGR will move our student space and offices to East Liberty Street this April. This replaces our previous announcement that IGR would relocate to the NUB.

The Program on Intergroup Relations has moved across campus after many years on South University Avenue.
We're excited to welcome the IGR and U-M community to our new space on East Liberty Street!

How will I find/access the new IGR space?
Find us at our new location at 530 E. Liberty St.
- By bus: 530 E. Liberty is located near AAATA bus lines 5A, 5B, 6A, and 6B. It is a six-minute walk to Blake Transit Center, and a ten-minute walk to the Central Campus Transit Center.
- On foot or by wheelchair: Located a block northwest of campus, we're well-connected to campus paths and local streets.
- By bike: There's ample bike parking on site.
- By car: Nearby State Street (to the east), Division (to the west), Huron (to the north), and North University (to the southeast) welcome visitors by vehicle. The Maynard Street ramp (< 1 block) offers public parking, while nearby Thompson (0.3 mi) and Fletcher (0.3 mi) ramps offer parking for blue and gold pass holders.
When can I visit IGR's new location?
IGR is open from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and other times as arranged.
Why did IGR move?
The move comes as our long-time leased space is changing private ownership, with a planned, years-long demolition and redevelopment.
