Intergroup dialogue facilitation is a science and an art, where facilitators provide opportunities for meaningful interaction among participants within and across groups.
Peer facilitation at IGR
In our program we use a peer-to-peer model, with co-facilitators who carry social identities similar to each of the two major groups participating in the dialogue. This co-facilitation helps to make all participants feel represented in dialogue leadership, and peer- to-peer leadership provides a more engaged and democratic model of education.
